Moore Healthcare Group of Lafayette, Louisiana Offers Our Patients a Wide Range of Heart Disease Prevention Services.
Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in the United States. Here in Acadiana, Moore Healthcare Group (MHG) has assembled a dedicated team of friendly healthcare professionals whose primary mission is the early detection and prevention of cardiac related illnesses.
We are the only medical research facility of its kind in Acadiana, and everyone is welcome. Our MHG team works primarily with two types of patients; those who have a family history of heart disease, diabetes and stroke, and are seeking a medical resource for early detection, and patients whose pre-diagnosed symptoms can receive a more comprehensive diagnosis to help treat their illness effectively in order to ensure a longer life, and better quality of life.
The list of illnesses that can be diagnosed and treated by our MHG team includes not only heart disease but also a wide range of conditions such as dementia, allergy treatment, skin disorders, asthma and emphysema, pneumonia, vascular disease, depression/anxiety, reflux/ulcer disease, and many more.
The Moore Healthcare Group is located in Lafayette at 3414 Moss Street, a short distance north of I-10. Walk-ins are welcome or contact us at 337-706-8986. We look forward to meeting you.
Our Cardiac Prevention Center is Unique in Acadiana with Advanced State-Of-The-Art Cardiovascular Health Technology.
You may be at risk for heart disease and not even know it! Studies show that about 50% of heart attacks and strokes occur in people with normal cholesterol levels who are presumed to be “healthy.”
At the Moore Healthcare Group Prevention Center our lab technology and comprehensive evaluations can uncover serious cardiovascular symptoms that may be undetected by standard testing, reducing the possibility of an incomplete diagnosis. Understanding your risk for heart disease, and awareness of any previously undetected issues, is the key to preventing or reversing cardiovascular problems.
The Prevention Center experience offers each patient a relaxed, comfortable setting where doctors and staff can conduct an in-depth patient interview to determine the best course of action to detect any cardiovascular risks, and better understand each patient’s needs.
We will create a comprehensive plan for each patient designed to reduce a patient’s risk of a debilitating stroke, diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Our healthcare professionals believe each patient is special, and deserves the best cardiovascular health that our state-of-the-art Prevention Center can offer.
Here at Moore Healthcare Group this is our mission statement:
“Prevention is the key. Let us unlock the door.”
